Offered in partnership with ALS IAS and ARX Research, the program benefits from the unparalleled expert support of the faculties of ALS IAS. Established in 2003, ALS IAS is one of India’s premier UPSC coaching institutes, boasting over 3,500 IAS and 5,600 State PSC selections. This unique collaboration ensures that students graduate with a recognized undergraduate degree while simultaneously becoming examination-ready for the UPSC Civil Services without needing gap years.

The academic journey is structured across three distinct phases—Foundation, Integration, and Consolidation—to ensure complete UPSC syllabus coverage. Delivered fully offline by ALS IAS faculty, the program includes an intensive 3,600 hours of curriculum spanning multiple subjects and skill education modules. Students will benefit from dedicated, full-time campus mentors to provide continuous guidance.

Beyond the Civil Services, this program extensively prepares students for diverse career pathways in governance, public policy, and administration.
