The Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communication at JECRC University organized Anugoonj: A Media Discourse with a motive to inspire young media creators to create media with a gender and social justice perspective and also to boost their media skills and prepare for their career. The renowned media figures like Jagdish Chandra (CMD, FIrst India News Group), Mr. Ajay Shukla (Chief Editor, India News Group), Dr. L.P Pant (State Editor, Dainik Bhaskar), Mr. Anshuman Tiwari (Editor, India Today), Mr. Ajit Anjum (Sr. Anchor) participated in the summit and discussed on the various contemporary media issues.
The students of the university actively participated in the Media Summit and also got the chance to interact and ask questions with the eminent personalities of Journalism.
