Fourth Industrial Revolution is reshaping the world of work and necessitating new skills and mindsets from Executives. Technical knowledge is no longer sufficient. Keeping up with the pace of technology, a continuous professional upgradation of working professionals is important. Attending full time classes with full time work schedule is practically not possible.

The Directorate of Executive Education (DEE) at JECRC University is established to empower working professionals who are not willing to let go of their jobs and upskill at the same time to become more effective in the workplace. The academic delivery is planned on flexible learning options such as evening and weekend classes, online modules, and immersive workshops.

The Directorate of Executive Education embarks on its journey by introducing the MBA Programme in collaboration with Jaipur School of Business (JSB) for working professionals. Additionally, several more programs will be offered in partnership with other academic schools of JU to cater to the needs of working professionals.

MBA for Working Professionals

MBA for Working Professionals, a 4 – semesters programme, will be conducted SEPARATELY on weekends. This programme is a replica of the Regular Degree programme in term of curriculum, academic delivery and conduct of examinations. The programme will empower working executives and entrepreneurs seeking to stay invested in the knowledge economy and take their organizations to the next level. Upon successful completion of the credits requirement, the candidate will be awarded an MBA degree from a JECRC University.
