Admission Withdrawal Policy Refund Rules (2026- 2027)
01. Academic Fees: Ready Reckoner for Refund:
If a student chooses to withdraw from the program of study to which he/she is enrolled, the University shall follow the following UGC Guidelines for the refund of fees remitted by the student.
A. A full refund of fees shall be made on account of all cancellations of admissions/migrations of students up to 30 th September 2026 and with a deduction of not more than Rs. 1000/-, as a processing fee, up to 31 st October 2026.
B. If a student withdrawal admission after 31 st October 2026, No refund of fees shall be made.
C. These provisions are as per UGC notification vide letters dated 12 th June 2024 and 27 th October 2025.

02. Bus Fees: Ready Reckoner for Refund:
If a student chooses to withdraw her/ his admission from the program and has availed Bus facility, the University shall follow the following five tier system for the refund of fees remitted by the student.

03. Hostel Fees: Ready Reckoner for Refund:
If a student chooses to withdraw her/ his admission from the program and has availed Hostel facility, the University shall follow the following five tier system for the refund of fees remitted by the student.

Note: Hostel fee chargeable for the summer semester shall be issued separately.
