The Office of International Affairs (OIA) at JECRC University serves as the University’s central office for internationalization, global partnerships, and cross-border academic engagement. The Office works strategically to strengthen JECRC University’s global presence
by fostering meaningful international collaborations, enabling academic mobility, and creating globally relevant learning opportunities for students and faculty. Internationalization at JECRC University is not an extension of academics—it is a strategic priority aligned with the University’s vision for excellence, innovation, and global relevance.

The Office of International Affairs exists to make global engagement accessible, structured, and impactful.
What We Do
The Office of International Affairs designs and manages a comprehensive framework of international initiatives. These include student and faculty exchange programs, visiting professors, international guest lectures, global immersion experiences, and collaborative academic activities with partner institutions worldwide.
The Office also facilitates short-term international certification programs and global immersion modules, allowing students to gain international academic exposure while remaining aligned with their degree programs at JECRC University.
International Certifications and Short-Term Programs
The Office of International Affairs offers short-term international certification programs in collaboration with reputed global universities and institutions. These programs provide focused academic learning, international exposure, and practical insights within a defined time frame.
Students benefit from international short courses, summer and winter schools, and specialized certification programs that enhance employability, global competence, and academic depth across engineering, management, design, sciences, and interdisciplinary domains.
Student and Faculty Mobility
The Office of International Affairs actively supports:
● Semester and short-term student exchange programs
● International internships and study tours
● Faculty exchange and visiting scholar programs
● International teaching and collaborative academic initiatives
All mobility programs are designed to ensure academic relevance, institutional alignment, and meaningful global exposure.
JECRC University, through the Office of International Affairs, has established collaborations with international universities, academic institutions, embassies, and global organizations across Asia, Europe, North America, Australia, and the Middle East.
These partnerships support student mobility, international certifications, joint academic initiatives, research collaboration, and global exposure programs.
The Office of International Affairs has actively facilitated global engagement through initiatives such as a JETRO visit, an International university fair, and participation in an Alliance
Française academic and cultural event, strengthening JECRC University’s international presence.
To enhance student readiness for global education, the Office of International Affairs, in association with Jamboree Education, provides structured on-campus guidance for GRE, GMAT, and English proficiency test preparation, including IELTS and TOEFL.
The Office of International Affairs functions as a single-window support system for international participants. The Office provides guidance on program selection, academic alignment, institutional coordination, and engagement facilitation to ensure a seamless experience for both inbound and outbound students and faculty.
