JECRC University’s School of Design and Faculty of Hotel Management organized “Art on a Plate” event where the students and guests experienced a unique presentation based on the monochromatic schemes where food and art blended together to create an unusual visual treat, both the departments participated actively. The event was graced by the presence of dignitaries and was appreciated by faculties as well as students.
To grace the event “Art on Plate”, Two of the best people of Hospitality Industry Mr. Shailesh Verma (Executive Chef) and Mr. Subir Verma (Training Manager) from THE LALIT Group of Hotels, Jaipur were the Honorable Chief Guests for the day. They were amazed by the creativity possessed by the students, who exhibited their designing and cooking skills on a “Plate”. They explained the vitality of dish presentation in Hotel Industry and appreciated the splendid efforts of faculty and teams associated with the event. What surprised them the most was the expertise of the students in curating the dishes on their own.
All the winners were awarded Certificates in Prize Distribution Ceremony.
