About the Conference

India’s Young Researcher Conference-2025 is a pioneering initiative designed especially for school students, providing  them with a dedicated platform to showcase their research, original ideas, and innovative thinking. This conference encourages young minds to step into the world of academic exploration and critical inquiry by presenting research papers on diverse, future-forward themes.

Selected papers will be presented and considered for publication in an edited volume with an ISBN number, marking a significant step toward enhancing India’s research landscape at the school level. More than just a platform, this initiative fosters critical thinking, encourages visionary ideas, and nurtures intellectual curiosity — empowering students to contribute meaningfully to the nation’s future.

Submission Guidelines

– Each paper must not exceed 6 Pages, double-spaced, and should include references, not more than one

figure and not more two tables.

– Each paper may have not more than four student authors and one teacher as a corresponding author.

– Plagiarism must be below 10% and a valid plagiarism report is mandatory with the final paper.

– Paper must be written in clear English and submitted in word format as per the template attached.

– Each submission must include this filled proforma, signed and stamped by the school.

– Accepted papers will be published in an edited volume with an ISBN number.

– Schools will receive complimentary copy and you can purchase additional ones at 50% of the cost.

Expected Outcomes

  • Enhance tinkering and ideation skills of students by providing hands-on opportunities to experiment, create, and explore innovative ideas, nurturing problem-solving and critical thinking abilities from an early age.
  • Develop understanding of sustainability at a young age through discussions, workshops, and projects, helping students become aware of sustainable practices and understand how their actions can positively impact the environment.
  • Promote research-driven solutions in mental wellness, sustainability, and innovation that can guide policies, improve community practices, and support national development goals.

Travelling Allowance

To encourage wider participation and support our delegates, the Organizing Committee is pleased to offer Travelling Allowance (TA) to all eligible student participants attending the conference as per the following guidelines:

  • For participants from outside Rajasthan:
    Travelling Allowance will be reimbursed up to 2000/- per entry, subject to actual travel expenses (by Train – up to 3rd AC class or Bus fare equivalent).
  • For participants from within Rajasthan (but outside Jaipur):
    Travelling Allowance will be reimbursed up to 1000/- per entry, subject to actual travel expenses (by Train – up to 3rd AC class or Bus fare equivalent).

Note:

  • The reimbursement will be processed upon submission of valid travel tickets and proof of participation.
  • Travel allowance is applicable per entry (not per participant).
  • Local participants from Jaipur are not eligible for TA reimbursement.

How to Reach JECRC University

JECRC University is situated almost 9.5 km from Jaipur International Airport and 18 km from the Jaipur Railway Junction.

Other railway stations near to JECRC University are Gandhinagar Jaipur and Jagatpura Railway Station, which are almost 13 km and 8 km away, respectively.


Jaipur Bus Stand (Sindhi Camp) is almost 18 km away, and the nearest bus stop (Narayan Singh Circle) is almost 15 km from JECRC University, Jaipur. Local city bus and Ola/Uber Cab facility available.
