Eligibility Criteria for Direct Admission to 3rd and 5th Semester in B.Sc. (Hons.) :- Aspirant must have cleared all previous semester from a recognized University as defined by UGC or from a Private College affiliated by State Universities, with at least 50% marks (Aggregate) with no current backlog. 5% relaxation shall be permissible to the candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ State OBC (Non-Creamy layer) and Women category.

1). Aspirants must clear all papers of either 1st Year or IInd Year are eligible for Direct admission to 3rd Semester, 5th Semester of B.Sc.(Hons.) Course in JECRC University.

2). Previous College/ University shall give NOC (No Objection Certificate) to the aspirant.

3). Subject to the approval by Equilance committee of JECRC University.

The candidate can apply through any of the following options:-

  1. Candidates applying through Demand Draft are required to send their completed application form printout along with DD to the below mentioned address.
    *Note- Candidates making online payment are not required to send their application form.

Candidates are recommended to utilize the service of Indian Speed Post while sending the documents.
 

Guidelines

1. It is mandatory to provide your email address (clearly) as it will be used by the Admission Office for further correspondence and communication.

2. Please do not attach any original Marks Sheet/Testimonials with the Application Form at this stage.

3. University/Board/Marks filled in the Application Form will be considered for all procedures related to admission. Any discrepancy found during original document verification may result in cancellation of Admission.

4. Duly filled in Application Form together with photocopies of the related documents should be submitted/sent to the following address:

5. Incomplete Forms may be rejected.

6. Details regarding payment of fee at the time of admission, allotment of hostel and date, time and venue for commencement of the academic session will be mentioned in the admission letter.

7. The offer of admission may be cancelled if any of the conditions are not fulfilled by the candidate by specified time.

JU Scholarship for Direct Admission to B.Sc. Programs (2017-18)

Recognizing Academic Excellence

With the objective of encouraging meritorious students and academic excellence, scholarships are offered to deserving candidates.

The Criteria of Scholarships for Transfer Case on the basis of Previous Year Score, rather it should be on the basis of aggregate percentage of all previous semesters cleared (as applicable).

  • Candidates shall be required to pay other fees as applicable to the programme concerned. Such students shall be required to maintain a minimum CGPA (SGPA in 1st semester) of 8.0 in the subsequent semesters without having any compartment in any subject and minimum 75% attendance in each subject, failing which the Scholarships awarded shall be withdrawn. However, the review of the Scholarship shall be conducted at the end of even semester every year.
  • If Scholarship of an admitted student has been withdrawn due to non-compliance of the minimum requirement as above, the same may be restored after the review of the same at the end of next even semester provided the student meets the minimum maintenance criteria of CGPA of 8.0 and 75% attendance in each subject during the period.
  • It must be noted that no relaxation in terms of minimum Scholarship maintenance criteria shall be granted. For example if a student gets CGPA of 7.99 or lower or attendance in any of the subject equal to or less than 74.99 % shall loose the Scholarship.
  • In addition, suitable free-ship may be considered for high achievers in the field of sports, sons / daughters of Army Personnel who have been killed in war/ terrorist attack, physically handicapped students etc. on case to case basis.
