With a passion for education, he has served as a culinary trainer for 4 years, imparting his knowledge and skills to aspiring chefs and hospitality professionals. Ricky’s dedication and proficiency in his field are reflected in his numerous accolades, which include approximately 13 awards for excellence in Hospitality quizzes and National Culinary Competitions.
