Biography

Prior to joining JECRC University was Director Administration and Gen Services at Manipal University Jaipur. There he also held the appointments of Provost, Director School of Engineering, Director Tapmi School of Business and Director School of Commerce. He was instrumental in raising and mentoring ICICI Manipal Academy for three years before joining Manipal University Jaipur. Prior to that he served in the Indian Army for 34 years in various command and staff appointments and retired as a Brigadier. He has a passion for teaching and grooming youngsters.

Biography

Being one of the most respected names within academia in the Indian Business Schools circuit, Dr. Sorab Sadri is an Economist by avocation and a specialist in Human Resources by vocation. Professor Sadri has over twelve years experience in the Corporate World and about thirty two years of experience in the Academic World. He is a J N Tata Scholar who has written over one hundred and sixty papers in respected academic journals on a variety of social and management science subjects and published eleven books. He has developed a unique expertise in developing case studies for HRD facilitation culled from live data. Being the recipient of several honours Dr Sadri is a nationally known Professor of Political Economy and Management Sciences. He is an Approved Doctoral Degree Guide at a number of Universities in the fields of Management and Social Sciences and has been guiding M Phil and Ph D students since 1987. He is on the editorial committee of four refereed international journals.

Dr. Parul Agarwal is presently working as Dean, School of Management Studies, JECRC Univeristy. She has 28 years of experience; 17 years in academics, 5 years in industry and 5 in research. She has been former director, Business school for women, Greater Noida, former director, Mangalmay Business Academy, Greater Noida, former director, Global Business School, Gaziabad former dean, IMS, Noida. Besides this she has worked with Birla Institute of Management and Technology as a professor. She has membership of AIMS. Qualifications: Her Doctorate was in Industrial Economics from University of Rajasthan in 1991. She is master's of Business management with HR specialization. She was awarded Vice Chancellor's Gold Medal for scoring first position in Post Graduation in Economics.

Dr. Pooja is presently working as an Assistant Professor, School of management studies, with JECRC University, Jaipur. Her teaching interests include organisational behaviour, financial management, business ethics and managerial accounting. She has been awarded gold medal for scoring top position in the university in post graduation. She has also qualified NET exam in June 2005. She has also worked as a faculty leader for NEN cell and trainer for EDPs conducted by the Center for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management, Ajmer. She has also contributed in content development of Vardhaman Mahaveer Open University, Kota, both for bachelor’s and master’s programme.

Qualification

She has a bachelor’s degree in commerce and master’s degree in management. She has completed her research on the Topic: “Assessment of socially responsible practices amongst small and medium enterprises” in 2010.

Biography

In my 17 years of career I have managed diversified roles In different capacities in various Organizations viz., Consumer Durables Financing , Personal Loans , Insurance , Heavy Commercial Vehicle Financing etc. Since June’2005 I am in the field of Academics. I have had the experience of managing the the roles and responsibilities in organization like Shriram Group Companies , Tata Finance, CITI Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank. Presently I am also Pursuing PhD. in Management from Maharaja Ganga Singh University , Bikaner ( Earlier Known as University of Bikaner ) since 14th Nov’2008 on the topic “ A comparative study on regulatory and procedural aspects of Indian and U.K. capital markets ”.
