sir jecrc university is not approved by aicte delhi why ?

Its not approved by AICTE because its established under the Act No.15/2012 of the Government of Rajasthan, Notification FIL2 (23) Vidhi/2/2012, dated 02/05/2012 and any such university doesn’t need to seek approval of AICTE to award degrees for the courses run by it.
It is recognized by the government of Rajasthan and runs in full legal capacity.
